If you are going to be at home while the cleaning is being done, please make sure that the technicians have unhindered access to all of the places that they will be cleaning and that they are not disturbed while they are working. If you do business from the comfort of your own home, our professionals will be pleased to clean your home office first so that the workday will be interrupted as little as possible.
When you make your cleaning appointment, we will inquire about the procedures to follow in order to get access to your house. We are able to take payments with American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard. When you make your initial cleaning appointment, we will request your credit card information and store it in a file that is password-protected and encrypted. This will allow us to charge your card immediately following the completion of each service.
On the day of each cleaning appointment, a charge will be made to your credit card. When you book your cleaning, you will be required to pay a one-time, non-refundable deposit of $50 for your initial cleaning. This will be deducted from the total price of your initial cleaning appointment.
Please give our office a call if you need to change the time of your cleaning appointment. Please be aware that if you cancel or reschedule a service less than 48 hours before the day it was originally planned for, we will charge you a $100 late cancellation fee. This cost is intended to assist compensate the cleaning professionals for the loss of income caused by the cancellation. In order to avoid being charged for the missed appointment, please provide us with notice of cancellation for your Monday cleaning no later than 9 a.m. on the prior Friday.
